If you are looking for a fabric gaming chair, I’ve done a few hours of research to give you a list of the 9 best gaming chairs that are covered in fabric.
To be frank, the list is not in any particular order. So, if you want to know which chair is the best for you, I am going to describe you each product so you make your own decision.
The Secretlab Titan Evo 2022 XL is a larger, more robust version of the acclaimed gaming chair, offering enhanced comfort and support for bigger users with its spacious design, top-tier build quality, and customizable ergonomic features.
Recently, Secretlab announced a new type of covered material for their product. They added the SoftWeave cover on all their chairs. So what is SoftWeave cover you may ask? It is simply a high-quality fabric.
In my opinion, this is the best fabric gaming chair you can buy right now. The main reason is simply that the Secretlab Titan is the best gaming chair on the market.
Why it is the best gaming chair? Not only it offers premium features, but it also has the best build quality I have ever seen. Multiple time the Secretlab chairs has been stated to be the best the gaming chair in 202022/2023. Plus it as one of the best design that I have ever seen on a gaming chair.
My only complaint about the SecretLab Titan is it weight limit which is a little bit low compared to what you can find at the same price.
Also, it is quite expensive. And if it is not on a sale, you will have to spend around $500 for that chair. In addition to that, the SoftWeave version is even more expensive…

The only potential drawback of the Aeron is its price. With a price tag that can exceed $1,000, it’s a significant investment. However, considering its durability, ergonomic benefits, and the brand’s reputation, the Aeron Chair by Herman Miller stands out as a top contender in the realm of fabric gaming chairs, especially for those who prioritize long-term comfort and spinal health.

The Vertagear Triigger 350 stands out with its breathable netted backrest and a unique trigger adjustment system for height and incline, housed within a durable aluminum and steel alloy frame, ensuring both comfort and stability.
The Vertagear Triigger Line special type of gaming chair. The first thing that is striking me the most is the design. It doesn’t look like a gaming chair at all.
In fact, the Vertagear Triigger Line is more like an ergonomic chair that you find in brands like Herman Miller. To me, this is not a bad thing at all, because it brings variety to the product available for gamers.
Therefore, the features that you find in this chair are not exactly the same as a traditional gaming chair. For example, on the Triigger 350 you can advance or pull back the seat. A feature that you don’t find in traditional gaming chair.
The Vertagear Triigger 275 combines comfort and longevity, featuring reinforced DuPont TPEE Mesh and a robust steel alloy frame. Its adjustability and calfskin leather accents cater to discerning gamers seeking a premium sitting experience.
You have 2 product in the Triigger Line, the 350 and the 275. The 350 is the most expensive one because it is bigger and it has more features.
So, are they comfortable? YES. Maybe even more than most gaming chair you can find. However, they are very expensive. And I would even say too expensive.
The AKRacing Core Series EX-Wide Gaming Chair is a meticulously designed gaming chair that offers enhanced comfort, especially for individuals of average height and frame. It stands out with its high-quality construction, including metal legs and frame, and premium fabric upholstery, ensuring durability and breathability. The chair combines sturdy construction with functional features and user-friendly mechanics, all within a reasonable price range, making it a worthwhile investment for gaming enthusiasts and office workers alike.
The wide version of the Core EX Series, has the same features, and the same design. The only thing that is changing is the size. It gets bigger. This is good news if you are a bulky gamer. The Core EX-wide is a spacious chair.
The DXRacer Drifting Series is an ergonomic gaming chair designed for optimum comfort and flexibility. It features a unique winged seat cushion, cooling gel foam headrest, curved lumbar pillow, and premium cold-cure foam.
Depending on the version you choose, the DXRacer Drifting Series comes with a fabric cover instead of the PU leather which is the default one. As a gaming chair, the DXRacer Drifting Series is the most popular chair of DXRacer. It has greats features and solid build quality. This is also the cheapest chair on this list.
The only downside of this chair is the size. This is not a very big chair and the weight capacity is also quite low. But, to be fair, the DXRacer Drifting Series is intended for slim to average users. If that is your case, then this is one of the best chairs in fabric you can find.
I have done a complete review of the DXRacer Drifting if you are interested in it.
I didn’t include very cheap chairs in this top because I wanted to show you the best gaming chairs that you can find. That being said, if you have less than $200, there are quite a lot of gaming chair in fabric you can find on Amazon. By the way, I’ve liste the best gaming chairs you can find on Amazon here. You should check it out if you don’t know where to start.
You can buy one if you are on a tight budget, but usually, I don’t really recommend this type of product. I prefer to stick with more reputable brands for the warranty and the support.
The main advantage of fabric gaming chair over PU leather ones is the price. Synthetic tissue is generally less expensive to produce than PU leather. This is a way for manufacturers to cut production cost.
But that doesn’t mean that fabric is worse than PU Leather. It depends on your personal preference. For example, if you know that you sweat easily and on top of that, you leave in a warm area, taking a fabric gaming chair is probably a way better idea than PU Leather.
The reason is that PU leather is impermeable, so it traps the heat that you produce making it warmer at the contact point.
